Why climb the ladder when we can do it for you
When it comes to your gutters and downspouts, we recommend that you clean them a minimum of twice a year to prevent clogging, which can lead to back up and eventually damaged woodwork. We'll thoroughly clean them, plus bag and carry away any debris! Allow us to place you on a regular cleaning schedule to protect your home today.
The Pricing
When you call, our office staff will ask the necessary questions that will be needed to get you into a ball park price for the cleaning of your gutters.
The price will be based on the size of your home, and whether we can walk on your roof. If we cannot walk on your roof we charge by linear foot. Other variables would include but not be limited to gutter screens, and underground downspout drains.
If that ballpark price fits into your budget we will schedule an appointment to come out to perform the work that was discussed on the phone.
On the scheduled day, we will arrive, introduce ourselves, and verify the work that you requested.
The technician will then measure the linear footage of gutters that you have by walking around your house to give you the firm price for the gutter cleaning. We don’t want you to have any surprises at the end; everyone will know the exact price before they begin the work.
When you agree on the price we will get to work.
The Procedure
If we CAN walk on your roof:
We will climb to your roof, equipped with high power blowers, blowing everything out of your gutter system.
For the downspout we will put the blower into the top of your downspout, if the air is reflected back into the face of our technician they know there is a blockage, and proceed to clean it out, if there is no reflection of air, it is safe to assume the downspout is clean.
Once the gutter system is clean, our team will begin blowing the debris that is now on the ground into a wooded or mulched area of your lawn. If you do not have a wooded or mulch area for the debris, we can bag it and will carry it off the premises for you.
If we CANNOT walk on your roof:
We will use a ladder all around your roof line and clean the gutters by hand
