The Pricing

When you call, our office staff will ask pertinent question regarding the service you are requesting. Though we have standard pricing for all pressure washing, due to all the different items that can be pressure washed from houses to play areas, and from driveways to fences the pricing is just as variable. With over 30 years of experience we can still get you into a pretty good ballpark price.

Though much of our pricing is done per square foot, when it comes to houses, the constitution or make up of your house is considered as well as how many stories are involved.

If that ballpark price fits into your budget we will schedule an appointment to come out to perform the work that was discussed on the phone.

On the scheduled day, we will arrive, introduce ourselves, and verify the work that you want done. You can make any changes at that point.

The technician will then walk around your house looking at your particular job and give you a firm price for the work that you are requesting. We don’t want you to have any surprises at the end; everyone will know the exact price before they begin the work.

When you agree on the price we will get to work.

The Procedure

All pressure washing is not equal. When we pressure wash your house it could be better described as a chemical rinse. To protect your house very little pressure is used; in fact it could be compared to the pressure that comes from your garden hose. It is the cleaning solution that cleans your house.

This procedure is used on all wooden items like decks, play areas, fences, patio furniture, etc.

However, for concrete (driveways, patios, sidewalks etc.) we use a very high pressure, no chemical is used it is the shear pressure that cleans it.
