With Sunshine Window Cleaning, The Difference Is Clear!
The Pricing
When you call, our office staff will ask pertinent questions regarding your windows and based on the service and the number of windows that you have, we will be able to get you into a ballpark price.
The price will be based on the style of window that you have, multiplied by the number windows.
If that ballpark price fits into your budget we will schedule an appointment to come out to perform the work.
On the scheduled day, we will arrive, introduce ourselves, and verify the work that you want done. You can make any changes at that point.
The technician will then walk around your house counting your windows to give you the firm price for the work that you are requesting. We don’t want you to have any surprises at the end; everyone will know the exact price before they begin the work.
When you agree on the price we will get to work.
We also clean chandeliers and ceiling fans. We do high dusting and changing out high flood lights. We have very tall ladders and would be happy to assist you with those hard to reach jobs.
The Procedure
- All windows will be washed by hand, utilizing our ladders.
- Any screens will be removed and wiped down. (We do have a service to wash screens.)
- Your windows will be scrubbed with soap and water.
- The edges of the window and the window sills are dried with a towel.
- The rest of the window will be dried with a squeegee.
- The screen will be replaced.
- This procedure will be followed for every window on your house.

We invite you to walk around your house and make sure that everything meets your satisfaction.
