Our Start
David Monson founded Sunshine Window Cleaning in Atlanta in 1978 and began operating it out of his little Nissan pick-up truck. Today, Sunshine is still owned and operated by David, and has grown from a small Atlanta residential window cleaning company to a multi-million dollar business specializing in window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing services. Our crews now drive large, fully equipped vans and serve residential and commercial clients.

What sets Sunshine Window Cleaning apart is our intense commitment to customer service. We not only have professional window washers, we also have trained professional customer service members available to answer your call five days a week from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. This means that when you call, you will speak to a real person, not an answering service. We know that you’re busy and don’t have time to wait for a return phone call.

Proactive Service
We offer annual service agreements that save you time and money. You never have to remember “if” you had your gutter cleaned. We will clean them on a regular schedule. A set scheduled gutter cleaning agreement will help prevent any potential damage from a debris-filled gutter. And we all know that with the trees in the area, cleaning gutters in Atlanta is as important as cleaning windows! Professional Technicians
All of our professional window washers, gutter cleaners and pressure washers are highly trained professionals. They are all drug tested, full-time employees, and not seasonal employees or sub-contractors. We are State of Georgia Certified Drug Free Work place. They arrive on time, in uniform with large, fully equipped and branded company vans to perform your service. Each crew leader on every team has a minimum of five years’ experience; and for your peace of mind, all technicians are fully bonded and insured.
You do NOT want an uninsured, or under insured, worker getting hurt on your property. If they are not insured, it is your homeowners insurance that will be tapped.
Perfect. I called Sunshine Window Cleaning at 2:20 this afternoon and asked if it would be possible to have the technicians come today. Chris and Andre returned my call quickly and said they would be over within 30 minutes. They were. They cleaned each window pane by hand and took special care as the windows are originals that were installed when the house was built in 1931. Good Day, Sunshine! Thank you . . . the windows are sparkling clean.
On October 13, 2016 I had my windows cleaned along with a chandelier. The man's name was Buka. He had a good appearance, wore socks over his shoes and did an excellent job. Better than I've had for a long time. He represented your company very well. Was polite and business like.
John and Kevin did a great job power washing our deck and walkway. They also made our windows gleam. They were prompt and courteous. I will definitely use them again.
