John Campbell and his partner did an excellent job of cleaning my windows today. They cleaned them inside and out and they are sparkling clean. Both men were exceptionally courteous and very professional. I have used Sunshine for several years and have always been satisfied but feel this team was outstanding. I will definitely be requesting them again in the future.

Josh with the other gentlemen did an great job at my house. Together they convinced my to add my driveway to a whole house pressure wash and window cleaning. I was very happy with the results.
My only problem was a car parked in my neighbors yard which was covered with splatters. I did not realize that until they were gone. I have since cleaned the car and washed the mud out of their driveway ( which built up from my driveway pressure wash). All is well since they are very nice neighbors. Had I been told of the splatters though, I could have had the car moved.
Otherwise, a fabulous job and very nice men. -

Today Anthony and Delano with Sunshine Windows cleaned our house windows and did terrific job inside and outside. They were professional, quick, nice and respectful. This was my year to “do it all”; clean gutters, pressure wash house, wash windows (lots of them), front steps, and garden stairway. Bidzina arrived on time and was extreamly courteous, listening to my questions and addressing my concerns. His attention to detail and go above-and beyond what was expected is just one more reason I will continue to use Sunshine. Donny and Bill came to our home to pressure wash our driveway and patio. After we found out that Sunshine also cleans gutters, we requested that service, also. Wow, what a wonderful job these guys did. The patio looks like it was just installed plus they moved all my patio furniture , wiped it down and replaced them just as they were. The driveway looks super clean and they even cleaned the curbing and street in front of our home. We know the neighbors were looking out and definitely will be calling Sunshine to work the same miracles on their properties. Needless to say, we are thoroughly and absolutely pleased with the work. Chris and Josh did a wonderful job power washing my house, deck and patio flagstone, and cleaning my windows. They are very pleasant to deal with and have a first class work ethic. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be calling again next year.

Andreas and Alfredo came today and did a superb job of cleaning our windows inside and outside. In addition, he told us he could remove a stuck storm window covering our kitchen picture window. We have tried repeatedly to get painters and others to remove the storm window, but they did not want to tackle it. Andreas and Alfredo got it out in good order, cleaned it and the picture window, and replaced it for a fair price. I count that as some of the best money I’ve spent.
Thank you for doing a very professional job and for the friendly, good-spirited professionals who performed it for us.

Chris & Phillipe came out yesterday to do a whole house cleaning, including pressure washing the house, garage & driveways, as well as the porches and cleaning all the windows. As before, they did a wonderful job. They are very professional, courteous and considerate. They were careful with my furniture and blinds, and moved everything back into place. My house and driveway look wonderful.

Nathan and Candido showed up on time, evaluated the work to be performed and provided me the information on what was to be done and cost. Both gentlemen were very friendly, courteous and professional. I had the entire house pressure washed and all windows cleaned inside and out. The entire house and all windows look absolutely amazing. Nathan and Candido did a fabulous job!!! This is the first time I’ve used Sunshine Window Cleaning, Inc. and am totally 100% satisfied and will definitely become a regular customer and begin using Sunshine on a yearly basis. Buka and Gustavo did an excellent job on my newly installed windows with grime and glue and I don’t know what all! When you look out of or into my windows, they zing! Crystal clear.
Here’s the best part > the guys were 40 minutes late (due to another customer before me). Buka asked when I needed to be back at work. And, Buka and Gustavo jumped into the job, made up the time, and I was there at work right on time!! This is unheard of in today’s World.
Importantly, what a joy to know there are two lovely, gracious guys who will help you with your windows and doors!!

I had Sunshine for first time today. Chris and Philippe did an outsatanding job on our solarium inside and out. The washed, removed mildew and made the glass sparkle. Fine job on cleaning gutters. I will be using Sunshine next fall and on a regular basis.

Kenny and Gic (I think!) just left my house and I can’t believe what a great job they did. Other than my spotless windows and my freshly pressure-washed deck and stone walkway, all of which look brand new, you would never know they had been here! Other windows cleaners have left their mark (furniture rearranged, dirty drips on the carpet, windows left open or unlocked), but not these guys. But it’s not just the window cleaners that make Sunshine a great company…When I called to schedule, I told Deshei (the delightful, helpful and enthusiastic young lady who answers the phone) that I needed my windows done ASAP because I had unexpected company coming into town. It looked like there was no way it would happen because Sunshine was so booked, but lo and behold, Deshei called me the morning that my company was coming to let me know they had some extra time and could get the job done. She said she would remember me and that if anything opened up she would call, and she was true to her word. Yea, Deshei! What a professional and a huge asset to the company!
I will most definitely be calling Sunshine from now on! -
I had Sunshine out today for the first time but will definitely use again. Pricing was slightly higher than the competition, but Chris and Philippe’s attention to detail and quality of work demonstrated that you get what you pay for. They were very professional, did a great job, and thoroughly cleaned up after their work. The only sign they were here was a much cleaner house and windows. Thanks!!

Kenny & Donny were here to clean our windows last week. They were extremely courteous, helpful, respectful and they did a spotless job cleaning the 38 windows on our house…a very big and hard job with some windows on a third floor level. Kenny even pointed out to me that two of our Champion Windows had defects in them. Champion Windows are not cheap windows and without Kenny letting me know about this issue I would never know to call Champion to get them replaced under the lifetime warranty. Kenny didn’t owe me that information but he took the time to let me know. I would HIGHLY recommend this team! Great job Kenny & Donny. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

The guys who cleaned our windows this past Saturday did a fantastic job. Very professional! They put furniture back in place and were very cordial. We will use you again for sure!

Buka and Derrick showed up right on time! They worked hard and finished our whole house inside and out in a single day (154 windows). They were very careful to protect our home in the process. The best part however is that they are so friendly and willing to please in every way.

Kenny & Donny did a great job cleaning my windows and pressure wahsing the terrace, walkways and house. They were also very likable fellows – even the dogs thought so. I really appreciated that they worked me in at the last minute so things would sparkle at the Memorial Day BBQ. I think this was the third time I have used Sunshine – and there will be a fourth!

Eric showed up before time and sat in front of my house until the 8:30 appointment. He was ready at 8:30 and started to work and worked alone all day. I have a lot of windows and he was very efficient and stayed on task the whole time he was here. I was very impressed with him being punctual and his work ethics and he did a fantastic job with all of my windows and worked very carefully when he did my inside windows in my sunroom. This is not the first time I have used Sunshine Windows Cleaning, but plan to make another appointment with you as soon as they need to be done again. Thanks to Sunshine Window Cleaning I don’t have to stay outside and make sure that you do the job the way I want it done.

Eric and Buka made our windows sparkle! They were very professional, efficient, courteous and very sweet to our dogs too! This is the second time they have cleaned our windows and they did an excellent job. Last year they pressure washed for us and it was such a good job that we didn’t need it this year. Kenny & Donny arrived on time and did an excellent job in the time frame Kenny told me it would take. The most important thing was I did not want any chemicals that would hurt our bushes and plants. Kenny said no problem as they cleaned the outside of our gutters by hand, big job!

On Fri., March 16, Anthony came to wash our three large skylights. He mentioned that Sunsnhine
does pressure washing. I had just had my patio pressure washed by a friend who rented a machine.
The job was not done well. Anthony washed our walkway, front porch and patio. They look great!

I’ve been using Sunshine for the last few years. Everyone who has ever come to clean has been fantastic. Always done thoroughly and efficiently even though they have to get on a very tall ladder to get to some of the windows. This last time it was Anthony and Omar. Good job guys!

Sunshine window cleaning canceled my appoinment three times but it was not their fault it was do to the weather which was raining each time. They then scheduled me for a saturday which surprised me ,they arrived early and didnt leave until 7:30 that night . I dont think he took a break all day long . My windows where cleaned gutters and pressure washed. The windows are so clean that I am constantly checking to see if he replaced the screens which he did.I highly recommend this company they did a great job and asked for Alex he is a very devoted ,well knowledged hard working and reliable employee. I would definitly use Sunshine again and ask for Alex.

I got a coupon for 20% off in the mail even though I had used Sunshine in the past. I called last Friday to aarrange to have the gutters cleaned. I have gutter guards but I have a lot of trees around the house and still need to have the gutters cleaned at least once a year. They came on Monday! They cleaned the roof, gutters and even the complete sidewalks and driveway around the property. It looked better everywhere. Thanks for such wonderful service.

Absolutely fantastic. Omar and Anthony just departed after cleaning our gutters. They gave 110%. They noticed that 2 of the drains were clogged and cleaned them. Down on their hands and knees.Now the gutters and down spouts will run smoothly. I am totally impressed with their work, professionalism and most of all their dedication to go the extra mile. If you ever need a referal please don’t hesitate tto ask. These guys are great!

Gutter cleaning & house wash (vinyl siding) on Friday was an excellent job. Anthony & Omar were my technicians – and they were thorough, no mess and very courteous. This annual cleaning has kept my siding looking new… well worth it! Thank you.

This is my fourth year using Sunshine Window Cleaning. Anthony and Omar did a fantastic job today. They were so professional. They called ahead and arrived on time. They introduced themselves and let me know that they had worked on my house previously. That is so important to me. I’ve been trying to tell my pest control company for years that having the same people on the job makes a big difference. I am so glad Sunshine values that kind of customer service. It is so rare to find anymore. I also want to mention that Jan was so friendly and polite while scheduling the appointment and processing the payment. Excellent customer service all around!

We have been using Sunshine Window Cleaning for 10 years now for cleaning our gutters 1-2 times a year. Yesterday was just the second time that we’ve had all 63 of our windows and glass doors cleaned by Sunshine and I’m wondering why I don’t do it more often. The best money I’ve spent all year. Buko(whose been here before) and Ernesto arrived at 9am and worked until almost 2pm to clean all of my windows, gutters, porch lighting and even my interior foyer light (which until yesterday, I believed only had milky glass). They were SUPERB as always! Professional and efficient….easy to have in your house. I’ve recommended Sunshine to neighbors and friends but am always overwhelmed by how consistently great their work continues to be year after year. Thank you Buko and Ernesto for another great job! I’m still smiling at all my clean surfaces!

Perfect. I called Sunshine Window Cleaning at 2:20 this afternoon and asked if it would be possible to have the technicians come today. Chris and Andre returned my call quickly and said they would be over within 30 minutes. They were. They cleaned each window pane by hand and took special care as the windows are originals that were installed when the house was built in 1931. Good Day, Sunshine! Thank you . . . the windows are sparkling clean.
On October 13, 2016 I had my windows cleaned along with a chandelier. The man's name was Buka. He had a good appearance, wore socks over his shoes and did an excellent job. Better than I've had for a long time. He represented your company very well. Was polite and business like.
